These ethical principles concern the framework that legitimizes you as a practitioner. Even when this framework is well established, many questions arise in practice that may unsettle the position you occupy. This applies to all approaches alike, and it is particularly enriching to exchange and discover the reference points of other practitioners within the secure setting of supervision. It is a space of mutual enrichment for each participant.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-888 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/mtcgestalt.com.w017912d.kasserver.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2019-05-24-Christian-Mugrauer-0065-%C2%A9-mallorca-urlaubs-shooting.com_-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\"><\/p>\n<p>In my vision of supervision, I offer different angles of view to explore your practice and to open the way to interventions that are both grounding and powerful in your sessions with your patient-clients:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the situation and its contextualization,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li>the field perspective in the Gestalt sense (multi-directional interactions),<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li>the relationship to your personal history,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li>the impact of your reference method and its implicit dimensions,<\/li>\n<li>your theoretical and clinical-practical questions,<\/li>\n<li>Ethics and professionalism.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Supervision is a process, just like the one we know in therapeutic work. The exploration of your practice involves in-depth reflection that unfolds gradually over the course of the sessions. This is where the depth and the pleasure lie: revisiting your practice again and again and setting it in motion through this work.
